| 摘 要： | 多肽类药物常因给药量小,浓度低且测定中易水解失活而难以准确定量,故建立灵敏、专一和准确的测定方法尤为重要。综述近年来多肽类药物含量（效价）的测定方法,包括经典化学方法、高效液相色谱法、电泳法、生物检定法及免疫标记法等在肽类物质研究中的最新应用进展。

| Abstract: | The features of polypeptide drugs which are in small dose and low concentrations and easily become hydrolyzed make the accurate quantification of target molecules become very difficult,thus it is important to establish a sensitive,specific and accurate determination method.The content(or potency) determination methods for polypeptide drugs in recent years,including classical chemical method,high-performance liquid chromatography,capillary electrophoresis,bioassay and immunoassay were reviewed. |
