| 摘 要： | 医生职业精神是当代医学伦理学领域关注的重要内容。儒家伦理思想自创立以来，一直影响着人类社会生活的各个方面，通过对儒家伦理理论的探讨，梳理出有益于当今医生职业精神构建的思想精华，并结合医生职业精神的现状进行分析和总结，提出从加强文化建设的角度出发，大力培养医生职业精神，以推进医生职业素养的提升具有较强的实践意义。
