| 摘 要： | 目的：通过分析医学生对不同人群急救普及培训的效果，为我国急救普及培训提供新思路。方法：组织广东省某医学院在校学生对汕头市金平区普通市民举办以现场心肺复苏术（CPR）为主的急救培训，比较不同人群间的培训结果。结果：各类人群CPR操作考核通过率达81．3％。其中高中生通过率最高（91．0％），显著高于社会人员和初中生，P〈0．01；初中生通过率均显著低于其他人员，P〈0．01。结论：医学生作为培训主体开展急救普及培训效果良好，值得推广；不同人群急救知识普遍缺乏，应针对人群特点采用不同的培训方式。
