武汉市某三甲医院手术室医务人员职业暴露情况分析

目的：了解手术室医务人员职业暴露情况，探讨有效的防护对策。方法：对2006年1月．2010年12月武汉市某三甲医院手术室报告的职业暴露进行回顾性分析。结果：5年共报告职业暴露368例，其中护士180例（48．9％），医生116例（31．6％），工龄〈3年人员发生率最高（87．5％），主要为针刺或锐器割伤（82．1％），最常见的关联操作为手术缝合（22％）、清点和分类锐器（18．8％）及传递锐器（14．9％），暴露后局部处理正确率为42．8%,暴露源以感染HBV为主（53．1％）。结论：手术室医务人员易发生锐器伤，应加强对医务人员（特别是工龄〈3年）职业暴露防护知识的宣教，规范各种操作规程，建立健全职业暴露管理制度。

An Analysis of the Status of Occupational Exposures among Medical Workers in Operating Room
