摘    要:目的:探讨迷迭香酸对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及机理。方法:采用线栓法制作局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型,观察大鼠行为学改变。测定脑梗塞体积、血清MDA含量、SOD和GSH-Px的活性。结果:迷迭香酸能够显著改善脑缺血再灌注大鼠的行为障碍和减少脑梗塞体积,可以显著抑制脑缺血再灌注大鼠MDA的生成,明显升高SOD和GSH-Px的活性。结论:迷迭香酸对脑缺血再灌注损伤具有明显的保护作用,抗氧化作用是其发挥脑缺血保护作用的机制之一。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the protection and mechanism of rosmarinic acid on focal cerebral in rats.Methods: Focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model was made with suture-occluded method in rats.The behavior obstacles of rats were observed.The volume of cerebral infarction,the level of MDA in serum,the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in serum were measured.Results: Rosmarinic acid could effectively ameliorate behavior obstacles and decrease the volume of cerebral infarction in ischemia-reperfusion injuryed rats.Moreover,it could decrease MDA level and increase the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in serum.Conclusion:Rosmarinic acid has significant protection again cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.This effect may be related to its antioxidant property.
