| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对山东省内22家医院与医院信息人员，及开办医学信息教育的4所本科医学院校进行调查，探讨目前山东省医院信息化人才队伍本身、人才培养等方面存在的问题，进而有针对性地提出进一步加强医学信息人才建设与培养的策略。方法：向22家医院的信息工作人员发放问卷及对4所本科院校信息专业的负责人进行专访。结果：医院信息人员在数量、结构、继续教育方面较过去有较大的提高。结论：加强医院信息人才建设，用好现有的人才，提高医学信息人才培养质量。 |
