| 摘 要： | 目的:观察慢性乙型肝炎患者的证型分布规律和保肝宁治疗的症状改善作用。方法:选择慢性乙型肝炎患者208例,参照中医辨证标准进行辨证分型,对纳入治疗的128例患者随机分为两组,对照组(64例)采用常规护肝治疗,治疗组(64例)给予复方保肝宁汤,观察治疗前后两组患者临床症状的改善作用和肝脏病理肝纤维化程度改善情况。结果:中医证型出现频度从高至低依次为:肝郁脾虚型>湿热中阻型>瘀血阻络型>肝肾阴虚型>脾肾阳虚型。保肝宁治疗组能显著改善患者纳差、乏力、腹胀等症状。结论:慢性乙型肝炎的主证为肝郁脾虚,保肝宁具有较好的改善慢性乙型肝炎患者症状和纤维化病理进程作用。
