267例呼吸科住院患者抗菌药物使用情况调查分析

目的了解我院呼吸科住院患者抗菌药物的使用情况,为抗菌药物的合理使用和科学管理提供依据。方法抽取2003年1、6、8、11四个月的所有呼吸科出院患者病历267份,调查分析其抗菌药物使用情况。结果抗菌药物使用率达到97%,应用最多的是喹诺酮类、头孢菌素类和青霉素类。最常用的联用方式为乳酸环丙沙星氯化钠注射液 头孢菌素类,其次为青霉素 哌拉西林。结论我院呼吸科住院患者的抗菌药物使用基本合理,但也存在一些不合理之处,亟待解决。

Investigation of Antibacterial drugs in 267 case of in-patients in respiration department

Objective To investigate the use of antibacterial drugs in in-patients of respiration department. Method A total of 267 case of in-patients in respiration department were chosen for the analysis, in which there were all cases of 2003/Jan, June, Aug, Nov. Result The using frequency of antibacterial drugs in inpatients of respiration department was 97%, of all used antibacterial drugs the expending amount of the quinolones was the largest, the second was cephalosporins, and the third was penicillins; the commonest combined drug was ciprofloxacin Lactate and sodium chloride injection cephalosporins. Conclusion The use of antibacterial is safe and effective, but correspondant methods should be further found to solve the irrational usage of antibacterial drugs in respiration department.
