| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(transurethral resection of bladder tumor,TURBT)加术后膀胱灌注治疗膀胱肿瘤的疗效。方法:采用TURBT治疗膀胱肿瘤32例,术后定期使用丝裂霉素等药物膀胱腔内灌注化疗。结果:32例患者成功实施TURBt。32例随访3个月~2年,平均1年,肿瘤复发8例,其中原位复发5例,异位复发3例。结论:TURBT加术后膀胱灌注治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤具有手术操作简单,疗效可靠等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate the effects of transurethral resection of bladder tumors （TURBt） combined with bladder irrigation chemotherapy. Methods： 32 patients with bladder tumor underwent TURBt and bladder irrigation of chemotherapeutics such as mitomycin. Results： According to an average 1 year follow up, ranging from 3-24 months, 8 cases relapsed into bladder tumor, of which 5 were situ recurrence, 3 were new tumors. Conclusions ： TURBT combined with postoperative bladder irrigation of chemotherapeutics is effective on superficial bladder tumor, and is simple to be operated. |
