| 摘 要： | 目的:验证药品专利异议状况与药品经济价值之间的关联性,初步探索药品专利异议信息在药品经济价值评估中的应用。方法:利用SPSS统计软件,对美国食品与药品管理局《药品橙皮书》的498个药品的专利异议信息和药品经济价值信息进行卡方检验。结果与结论:药品专利异议状况与药品经济价值间具有关联性,专利异议信息在药品经济价值评估中具有广泛应用前景。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To study the correlation between the patent opposition and the economic value of drugs and to explore the application of the patent opposition information in the evaluation of the economic values of drugs.METHODS:Using SPSS statistical software,Pearson Chi-squared test was carried out on 498 drugs published in FDA's Drug Orange Book regarding the information of patent opposition and economic value drugs.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:A significant correlation was noted between patent opposition and economic value of drugs,and the prospect for the application of patent opposition information in the evaluation of economic value of drugs is quite promising. |
