黄芪类品种的药理研究

本文报告了六种黄芪类品种(膜荚黄芪、蒙古黄芪、多序岩黄芪、多花黄芪、梭果黄芪、东俄洛黄芪)的药理活性,在相同的实验条件下进行了比较。实验结果表明,六种黄芪类品种的药理活性,只有膜荚黄芪和蒙古黄芪在镇痛、免疫功能、利尿、降压、促进微循环、抗过氧化脂质、增加血浆中环磷酸腺苷上有显著的药理作用。提示膜荚黄芪和蒙古黄芪是六种黄芪类品种中质量最佳的。

The Pharmacological Study of Astragalus Roots

In this article, We reported the effect of pharmacological activities on sampler of six species (Astragalus membranaceus; A. membranaceus var mongholicus; A. ernestii; Hedysarum polybotrys; A. floridus; A. tongolensis. ) of Astragalus Roots. The experiment have been performed under same conditions by comparison of pharmacological activities. These results showed that the six species of Astragalus Roots only both Astragalus membranaceus and A.membranaceus var mongholicus had markedly pharmacological activities of analgesis, immunoenhancement, diuresis, hypotensive effect, improving microcirculation, antiperoxidation and increasing plasma cyclic AMP. All data suggest that the quality of the Astragalus membraaaceus and A. membranaceus var mongholicus was the best among the six species of Astragalus Roots.
