清肠愈疡汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床观察

目的观察中药清肠愈疡汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组40例。对照组患者应用美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒治疗;治疗组患者应用清肠愈疡汤。观察两组患者治疗后临床疗效及主要临床症状、便常规、结肠镜下黏膜改善情况。结果对照组总有效率为70.0％,治疗组为95.0％,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。治疗组在治疗14d时,临床症状改善情况优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论中药清肠愈疡汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation of Qinchang Yuyang Tang in Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qinchang Yuyang Tang（formula for clearing intestines and curing ulceration）on ulcerative colitis. Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 40 cases in each one. Mesalamine was applied in control group and Qingchang Yuyang Tang in treatment group. It was to observe clinical efficacy and the improvements of main clinical symptoms, stool routine and colonoscopic mucus after treatment in two groups. Results The total effective rate was 70.0% in control group and was 95.0% in treatment group,indicating significant difference in comparison of two groups（P 〈0.05）. In the 14th day of treatment in treatment group, the improvements of clinical symptoms were superior to those in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Qingchang Yuyang Tang presents significant efficacy on ulcerative colitis and it deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
