健康教育对支气管哮喘患者生活质量的影响

目的：研究健康教育对支气管哮喘患者生活质量的影响。方法：我院2006年1月-2007年12月对50例支气管哮喘住院患者实施健康教育，并于健康教育前后对患者的生存质量进行跟踪评估。结果：健康教育后AQLQ得分与健康教育前比较，有显著性差异（P〈0．01），出院6个月后AQLQ得分与健康教育前比较，有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论：健康教育是低消费、高效益的有效的护理教育模式，健康教育作为提高哮喘患者生活质量的一项护理措施，在我们的工作中起着举足轻重的作用，通过对患者的健康教育，更加贴近患者的要求，增强了“以人为中心”的整体护理理念。

The effect of healthy education to the living qualitative of bronchial asthma patients

Objective： To study the effect of health education in patients with bronchial asthma＇ s quality of life.Methods： From January 2006 to December 2007 50 cases of bronchial asthma patients in the implementation of health education and health education befween patients before and after tracking the quality of life assessment in our hospital. Results： There were significant differences（P〈0.01） in AQLQ scores between before and Mter the health education,after six monthsd ischarge from hospital of AQLQ scores and before health education, there were significant differences （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Health education is a low-consumption, high-efficiency and effective mode of nursing education, health education as a care measures to improve the quality of life of patients with asthma, in our work plays a decisive role, through the health education, and more close with the requirements of patients ,enhanced ＂people-centred＂ care concept.
