摘    要:目的探讨芹菜提取物对自发高血压大鼠血压和高脂模型大鼠血脂的影响。方法以自发高血压大鼠和高脂模型大鼠为研究对象,将动物实验组分别灌胃给予不同剂量的芹菜提取物4W,对照组给予等容积的蒸馏水。每周测定大鼠体重、心率、血压,每两周测定血清胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平。结果给予芹菜提取物4W后,自发高血压大鼠血压明显低于对照组;给予高、中剂量芹菜提取物的动物血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯含量明显下降,但高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量无变化。结论芹菜提取物对大鼠血压和血脂有一定的调节作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the regulatory effect of celery extract on blood pressure of SHR rats and serum lipid of experimental hyperlipidmia rats. Methods Case groups were fed with different dosage of celery extract for 4 weeks, while the control groups were treated with equal cubage of water. The body weight, heart rate, blood pressure every week and the contents of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were determined every two weeks. Results Fed with celery extract for 4 weeks, blood pressure of SHR decreased significantly; besides, celery extract could regulate the level of serum TC and TG. In the high dosage and medium dosage group, serum TC and TG were decreased significantly. But celery extract had no effect on the level of serum HDL-C. Conclusions The celery extract had regulatory effects on blood pressure and serum lipid of rats.
