柯萨奇病毒感染与血流变的相关性研究

目的:探讨柯萨奇病毒感染与血流变的相关性。方法:测定55例我院柯萨奇病毒抗体IgM(CoxV-IgM)阳性的病毒性心肌炎患者血流变学指标,并与CoxV—IgM阴性的对照组的血流变学指标进行比较。结果:55例CoxV—IgM阳性者的 OD值平均为0．769;CoxV—IgM阳性组的全血粘度明显高于对照组,p<0．01:并且CoxV—IgM阳性患者的OD值与全血低切粘度呈明显正相关(r=0．874)。结论:柯萨奇病毒引起的病毒性心肌炎与血流变指标有明显的相关性,可通过活血化淤的方法来改善心肌功能治疗病毒性心肌炎。

The Relevance Research of Coxsackie Virus Infection and Hemorheology

Objective: This article discusses the relevance between the Coxsackie virus and Hemorheology. Methods: He-morheology index of 55 viral myocarditis patients with positive coxsackie virus-IgM (CoxV-IgM)were determined, and compared the hemorheology index with negative CoxV-IgM control group. Results: The OD average value in 55 patients with positive CoxV-IgM group was 0.769. The viscosity of blood in patients with positive CoxV-IgM group were high obviously than control group, p<0.01. And the OD value in patients with positive CoxV-IgM group appeared obvious r-elevance (r=0.874). Conclusions: The relevance between viral myocarditis caused by Coxsackie virus and hemorheology index were obvious. It may improve the function of cardiac musculus and treat viral myocarditis through by the method of promoting blood flow and removing blood stasis.
