胎儿输尿管的外径及长度观测与回归分析

摘    要:目的探讨胎儿顶臀长与输尿管的关系,为诊治输尿管疾病提供解剖学资料。方法大体解剖28例胎儿,观测胎儿顶臀长(CRL即坐高),输尿管的长度及出肾处、中段处、入膀胱处3点外径,建立顶臀长与输尿管3处的回归方程。结果顶臀长为234.6±50.1 mm;左、右侧输尿管的长度分别为:50.3±14.0 mm,47.6±13.7 mm。左、右侧输尿管外径在入膀胱处无显著性差异(P>0.05),在中段及出肾处有显著性差异(P<0.05)。左、右侧输尿管各处外径与顶臀长、胎龄有较明显的相关性,存在线性依存关系,可以建立回归方程。结论建立回归方程可推算输尿管各处外径,为影像学诊断输尿管扩张性疾病提供依据。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between the fetal crown-rump length(CRL) and ureter,and provide anatomical information for diagnosising ureter diseases.Methods Twenty-eight fetuses were observed and measured by gross anatomical technology and their CRL,the length of the ureter,and there external diameters ureter at exit of kidney,piece level and entrance of the bladder were measured and then statistically analyzed.Also,the regression equation between CRL and ureter's three levels can be established.Results The CRL was 234.6±50.1mm,lengths of left and right ureter were 50.3±14.0mm,and 47.6±13.7mm respectively.Dominant significance in external diameters between left and right ureter didn't exist in the bladder level (P>0.05)while did in the other levels(P <0.05).There was a linear correlation among each external diameter of left and right ureter had,and CRL conceptus age,the regression equation could be established.Conclusion Establishing regression equations can help estimate each external diameter of ureter,and provide imageological evidences for diagnosing expansionary disease of ureter.
