| 摘 要： | 世界上感染乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）和丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）的人数超过五亿，他们随时都可能演变成慢性肝病、肝硬化甚至肝癌。尽管乙型肝炎病毒与丙型肝炎病毒的致病机制有许多相似之处，但是它们的病毒生理特征以及免疫逃避和存活机制却有很多的不同。本文叙述了这两种病毒性肝病的研究进展，阐述了乙型肝炎病毒和丙型肝炎病毒的感染机制，并对以后的研究进行了展望。
