| 摘 要： | 目的通过Meta分析对月经周期紊乱是否为妊娠期糖尿病的危险因素进行定量的综合评价。方法通过查阅国内外期刊数据库获取全文文献，提取相关数据进行Meta分析，使用软件为RevMan4．2。结果中国妇女月经周期紊乱与妊娠期糖尿病的发生有关，其合并OR值为2．04（1．31～3．17）。结论研究表明妇女月经紊乱为妊娠期糖尿病患者的独立危险因素，由于纳入的文献较少，需要更多的依据证明两者的关系。 |

| Abstract: | Objective Through Meta analysis to study the relation between irregular menstrual and GDM. Methods With referring to literature from magazine databases and obtaining full - text literature, extracting relative data, then with RevMan 4. 2 conduting Meta analysis. Results There is an association between irregular menstrual and GDM in Chinese pregnant women, and the intergrated OR value is 2.04 （95% CI： 1.31 - 3. 17）. Conclusion The study results indicate that irregular is an independent risk factor of GDM. Entry literature is not enough and more evidences need to be collected to prove it. |
