| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用声学定量技术(AQ)评价房间隔缺损(ASD)患者右房功能的价值.方法44例ASD患者和20例正常人均行常规二维超声心动图检查及AQ检查.结果与正常对照组相比,ASD患者右房峰值快速排空率与右房峰值排空率之比(PRER/PAER)、快速排空期右房排空容量与右房收缩期排空容量之比(RE/AE)明显降低,P＜0.01,右室收缩末期右房容量(ESV)、AE明显增高,P＜0.01.结论AQ技术为定量评价ASD患者的右房功能提供了新的途径.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the values of acoustic quantification (AQ) technique in assessment of the right atrium function in patients with atrial septal defect (ASD).Methods 44 patients with ASD and 20 control healthy persons were studied with two-dimensional echocardiography and AQ technique.Results Compared with control persons,44 patients with ASD had decreased rapid ejection/atrial ejection (RE/AE),peak rapid ejection rate/peak atrial ejection rate (PRFR/PAFR),P<0.01,and increased systolic volume (ESV),AE,P<0.01.Conclusion AQ technique may be used as a new methed to quantify right atrium function in patients with ASD. |
