“抗氟欣”排氟效果观察

68名氟暴露工人分为两组,A组37人．口服“抗氟欣”两个月;B组31人为非服药对照组。另选非氟暴露对照组工人29人为C组。检测服药前后的血清F-、尿F-、尿BF浓度变化。结果表明,氟暴露可使工人血清F-、尿F-浓度升高;A组工人服药后与服药前比较,尿F-、尿BF均明显升高,血清F-浓度降低。提示“抗氟欣”具有一定的促氟排泄功能。

OBSERVATION ON THE EFFECT OF "KANGFUXIN" ON FLUORIDE EXCRETION

68 fluoride exposed workers were randomly divided into group A and group B. 37 group A workers took "Kangfuxin" for 2 months, 31 of group B served as the positive controls. In addition,29 unexposed workers as group C served as the negative controls. The concentrations of F- in serum and urine and BF, in urine were measured before and after taking the medicine. The results showed that the concentrations of F' in serum and urine increased significantly due to fluoride exposure. After taking the medicine,the concentration of F- and BF4 in urine increased significantly and the concentration of F- in serum decrease significantly in group A. It suggested that "Kangfuxin" might increase the excretion of fluoride.
