| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经尿道等离子体双极电切治疗近输尿管口膀胱肿瘤的可行性与疗效。方法用经尿道等离子体双极电切近输尿管口膀胱肿瘤22例,临床分期Tis期1例,Ta期8例,T1期11例,T2期2例。结果本组22例手术全部1次成功。随访6个月,未发生输尿管口狭窄、闭锁和较严重的输尿管返流,上尿路肿瘤细胞种植等并发症。结论经尿道等离子体双极电切术是一种治疗近输尿管口膀胱肿瘤安全有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of transurethral resection of bladder tumors around ureteostoma using plas makinetic energy. Methods 22 patients with bladder tumors around ureteostoma were treated by plas makinetic technique. Results The bladder tumor around ureteostoma was resected in one stage for 22 cases. All cases had been followed up for 6 months. Stenosis and atresia of the ureteral orifice,and serious ureteral reflux and tumor seeding in the upper urinary tract did not occur. Conclusion It is suggested that transurethral bipolar plas makinetic resection of bladder tumor around ureteostoma is effective and safe. |
