中西医结合治疗椎-基底动脉缺血性眩晕疗效分析

目的观察自拟定眩汤治疗椎-基底动脉缺血性眩晕的疗效。方法将80例确诊椎-基底动脉供血不足的眩晕症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组应用西比灵、眩晕停加用定眩汤口服,对照组应用西比灵、眩晕停口服,比较两组临床疗效和椎一基底动脉血液平均流速。结果总有效率:治疗组为87.50%,对照组为72.50%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗椎-基底动脉缺血性眩晕疗效好。

Analysis of Effect of Integrative Medicine Therapy on Vertebrobasilar Insufficiency Vertigo

Objective To observe clinical effects of Ding Xuan decoction on patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo. Methods 80 cases of vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo were divided into two groups. 40 cases in the control group were treated with oral sibelium and Xuan Yun Ting, the treatment group by oral sibelium, Xuan Yun Ting and Ding Xuan decoction. Mean velocity of vertebral - basilar artery blood flow were evaluated before and after treatment. Results After the treatment, the total effective rate of the control group was 72.5 % and the treatment group was 87.5 %, there were significant differences between two groups（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion It is quite effective to treat vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo with integrative medicine therapy.
