| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年原发性高血压患者24 h脉压与前列腺体积的相关性。方法 101例老年高血压患者分为两组:老年高血压合并良性前列腺增生(BPH)组(n=40)和老年高血压不合并良性前列腺增生组(n=61)。所有患者均进行动态血压监测及前列腺超声检查。结果 BPH组脉压高于非BPH组(P<0.05)。老年高血压患者的24 h平均脉压与前列腺体积具有相关性(r=0.184,P=0.035)。结论老年原发性高血压患者的脉压与前列腺体积正相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between pulse pressure and prostatic volume in elderly patients with essential hypertension. Methods A total of 101 hypertensive patients were enrolled in this study: 61 benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) patients and 40 non-BPH patients.All patients underwent ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM),and the volume of prostate was detected by ultrasound. Results Pulse pressure in BPH group was higher than that in non-BPH group(P<0.05).A positive correlation was found between PP and prostatic volume in 101 patieats(r=0.184,P=0.035). Conclusion The 24 h pulse pressure is closely related with prostatic volume in elderly hypertensive patients. |
