| 摘 要： | 目的观察动物完整皮肤接触面瘫膏所产生的局部刺激反应,为临床用药安全提供依据。方法按《中药新药研究指南》皮肤用药毒性试验要求进行试验。结果面瘫膏对豚鼠皮肤无致敏性;面瘫膏对完整的豚鼠皮肤单次和多次使用有刺激性红斑发生,但无水肿反应发生。结论面瘫膏临床用药剂量安全可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the local stimulation response of Miantangao(facioplegia-repelling ointment) on the intact animal skin and provide evidence for clinical medication safty.Methods Trails were performed based on the requirement of enepidermic toxicity tests demanded by Research Guide of New TCM Drugs.Results Guinea pig’s skin was not allergic to Miantangao(facioplegia-repelling ointment).Single and multiple applications caused irritant erythema,however,there was no edema.Conclusion Clinical dosage of Miantangao is safe and reliable. |
