中药石膏及其主要成分解热抗炎作用及机制研究

摘    要:目的研究生石膏、煅石膏和CaSO4.2H2O的解热、抗炎作用及机制。方法应用蛋清诱导大鼠足趾肿胀,观察生石膏、煅石膏和CaSO4.2H2O对足趾肿胀大鼠的抗炎作用;应用干酵母诱导大鼠发热,观察生石膏、煅石膏和CaSO4.2H2O对致热大鼠体温及下丘脑PGE2的影响。结果生石膏、煅石膏可以减轻大鼠蛋清致足肿胀度,生石膏作用强于煅石膏,CaSO4.2H2O未见有抗炎作用。生石膏能明显降低干酵母所致大鼠温度,其次是CaSO4.2H2O,煅石膏,生石膏组大鼠下丘脑中PGE2含量显著降低。结论生石膏组具有抗炎、解热作用,其机制可能与降低下丘脑PGE2含量有关,其主成分煅石膏和CaSO4.2H2O抗炎、解热作用不明显。

Abstract:Objective To research the antipyretic anti-inflammatory fuction and mechanisms of gypsum,calcined gypsum and CaSO4·2H2O.Methods To observe the anti-inflammatory effective of gypsum,calcined gypsum and CaSO4·2H2O on the rats with toe swelling which induced by the egg white;To investigate the influence of gypsum,calcined gypsum and CaSO4·2H2O on the rate ’s temperature and PGE2 of hypothalamus in which the rats with hige fever induced by dry yeast.Results Both gypsum and calcined gypsum can ease toe swelling on rats which induced by the egg white,the former better than the later,The CaSO4·2H2O has no effect on anti-inflammatory.Gypsum could obviously decrease temperature on rats caused by dry yeast,followed by CaSO4·2H2O,calcined gypsum.The hypothalamus PGE2 of rats in Gypsum group were significantly reduced.Conclusion Gypsum group have effects on anti-inflammatory and antipyretic,and its mechanism may be related to the content of PGE2 hypothalamus lower.Its principal component calcined gypsum and CaSO4 · 2H2O have no obviously effective on anti-inflammatory and antipyretic.
