电针对局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织CD31表达的影响

摘    要:目的探讨电针对大鼠局灶性脑缺血/再灌注模型脑内血管新生是否有促进作用。方法采用改良Longa动脉线栓法制作脑缺血/再灌注大鼠模型,选用雌性SD大鼠120只,随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、电针组,后两组分为缺血1 h后再灌注12 h 1、d、2 d、4 d、7 d五个亚组。免疫组化SABC方法观察CD31在脑缺血/再灌注后不同时间的动态变化。结果 CD31微血管阳性表达:电针组缺血1 h再灌注后12 h、1 d 2、d、4 d7、d表达明显高于模型组,高峰7 d,且各时间段的表达均高于模型组相应时间段,P<0.05。结论电针对大鼠局灶性脑缺血后缺血组织微血管的形成有促进作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the stimulant possibility of electro-acupuncture therapy on brain angiogenesis in experimental rat models with focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion.Methods Modified Longa arterial thread embolism method was employed to establish the experimental rat models with cerebral ischemia/reperfusion.120 female SD rats were chosen and randomly divided into four groups: the normal group,the sham-operated group,the model group and the electro-acupuncture group.Then,the latter two groups were sub-divided into reperfusion 12 h,1 d,2 d,4 d and 7 d groups after 1 h’s ischemia.IHC(Immunohistochemistry) SABC was adopted to observe dynamic changes of CD31 during different periods after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion.Results Capillary positive expression of CD31: five subgroups of electro-acupuncture group were significantly higher than those of the model group.The peak time was 7d and the corresponding expressions of different time periods were higher than those in the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electro-acupuncture therapy has stimulant effects on the formation of capillaries of ischemic tissues for experimental rats with focal cerebral ischemia.
