2型糖尿病颈动脉粥样硬化斑块分析

目的研究2型糖尿病患者颈部血管动脉粥样硬化斑块的特点。方法选取我院住院2型糖尿病患者263例,使用超声检测仪对所有患者颈部血管进行扫查,记录粥样硬化斑块发生部位及性质。结果斑块组年龄显著高于无斑块组(64.46±10.18)岁vs(55.86±10.20)岁,P<0.05]。斑块组112例患者共发生颈动脉粥样硬化斑块236处,其中颈总动脉膨大处最多(126处,占53.4%),斑块性质以混合斑居多(123处,占52.1%)。颈动脉粥样硬化斑块组中高血压发生率显著高于无高血压者(73.7%vs 26.3%,P<0.05)。结论随着年龄的增加,斑块发生率明显增加。颈总动脉膨大处为斑块好发部位,斑块以混合斑居多。2型糖尿病合并高血压者斑块发生率增加。

Analysis of carotid atherosclerosis plaque in patients with type 2 diabetes

Objective To explore the characteristics of carotid atherosclerosis plaque of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Carotid artery was examined in 263 patients with type 2 diabetes by PHILIPS ultrasonic diagnostic device IU22 to record the characteristics of the carotid atherosclerosis plaque.Results In 263 patients,the age of the patients with carotid atherosclerosis plaque(64.46±10.18 years)was higher than those without carotid atherosclerosis plaque(55.86±10.20 years)(P<0.05).A total of 236 carotid atherosclerosis plaques were found in 112 type 2 diabetes patients,including 126(53.4%) of common carotid artery plaques.Among all the plaques,52.1%(123/236) were the mixed plaque.The incidence of carotid atherosclerosis plaque in patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension was significantly higher than that of type 2 diabetes without hypertension(73.7% vs 26.3%,P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of carotid atherosclerosis plaque increases with the aging.Most of the atherosclerosis plaques are found on the common carotid artery,and most of them are mixed plaque.The incidence of carotid atherosclerosis plaque is higher in patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension.
