热毒宁联合利巴韦林治疗普通型手足口病伴发热疗效分析

目的：观察热毒宁联合利巴韦林治疗手足口病的临床疗效。方法：将96例普通型手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各48例，均给予常规护理、退热、补液、维持电解质平衡等对症治疗等。对照组给予热毒宁注射液0．6～0．8mL／（kg．d），最大剂量10mL／d．加入生理盐水或5％葡萄糖注射液100～250mL中静脉滴注，1次／日；治疗组给予热毒宁联合利巴韦林治疗，热毒宁用法用量同对照组，利巴韦林剂量10～15me,／（kg·d）加入生理盐水或5％葡萄糖注射液100—250mL中静脉滴注，1次/日。两组疗程均为3。5d．有细菌感染者酌情给予抗生素治疗，观察疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率95．8％，高于对照纽的83．3％（P〈0．05），发热、皮疹、口腔溃疡消退快于对照组（P〈0．01），且未见严重不良反应。结论：热毒宁联合利巴韦林治疗普通型手足口病伴发热安全有效，值得临床推广应用。

Curative Effect of Reduning Combined with Ribavirin in the Treatment of Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Reduning combined with ribavirin in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods： Ninety-six cases of common type of hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly divided into two groups equally. The treatment group was given Reduning injection and ribavirin therapy; the control group was given the Reduning injection only. The dose of Reduning injection was 0.6 - 0.8mL（ kg·d）, the maximum dose was 10 mL per day, joining 100- 250 mL saliue or 5% GS injection, once a day. The does of ribavirin was 10- 15 mg/（ kg·d）, once a day. The treatment course was three to five days. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.8%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （83.3%, P〈0.05）. The time of defeverance, the disappearance time of rash in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group （P〈0.01）. There was no severe adverse reaction. Conclusions： The therapy of Reduning combined with ribavirin in the treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease is safe and reliable, and worthy of promotion.
