地佐辛联合表面麻醉在清醒气管插管中的应用

目的探讨静注地佐辛联合表面麻醉在清醒气管插管中的应用。方法60例（ASAI～Ⅱ级）清醒气管插管患者随机分为三组：单纯表面麻醉组（A组）、地佐辛＋表面麻醉组（B组）、丙泊酚＋芬太尼组（C组）。记录人手术室麻醉前（T0）、气管插管前（T1）、插管即刻（T2）、插管后2min（T3）各时间段MAP、HR、SpO2及捅管不良反应。结果B组与A组、C组比较，T1、T2、T3时MAP、HR明显降低（P〈0．05）；B组与C组比较，T1时SpO2升高（P〈0．05）：B组与A组、C组比较插管不良反应减少（P〈0．05），插管成功率增加（P〈0．05）。结论地佐辛联合表面麻醉施行清醒气管捅管麻醉效果确切，不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。

Application of dezocine combined with surface anesthesia in sober intubation

Objective To evaluate the effect of dezocine combined with surface anesthesia during the time of sober intubation. Methods A cohort of 60 cases （ASA I - II ）awake tracheal intubation were randomly divided into three groups ： Traditional topical anesthesia group （group A）; Dezocine＋topical anesthesia group （group B ）; Propofol＋fentanyl group （group C ）. Record time before anesthesia（T0）, before tracheal intubation （T1）, immediate intubation （T2）, 2 rain after intubation （T3）, each time interval, the data of MAP, HR, SpO2 and intubation adverse reaction were gathered and documented. Results Compared with Group A and C, MAP＆HR in Group B decreased significantly at TI, T2, T3 （P 〈 0.05）;SPO2 in the Group B was higher than that of Group C at T1 period （P 〈 0.05）;Compared with Group A/C, Reduced intubation adverse reaction was found in Group B （P 〈 0.05）,also increased the success rate of intubation was such （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Better anesthesia effect,less adverse reaction were harvested in the dezocine injection com- bined with technique in sober tracheal intubation , and it is worthy of clinical application with this approach .
