不同放化疗对直肠癌术后患者局部控制率和生存率的影响

目的研究同步放化疗与序贯放化疗在直肠癌术后应用中对局部控制率与生存率的影响，为临床治疗提供理论依据。方法回顾性分析我院2008年3月～2010年3月接收诊治的46例局部晚期直肠癌临床放化疗的治疗情况，根据放化疗方法将患者分为两组，研究组进行同步放化疗，对照组进行序贯放化疗，对比两组患者放化疗后局部控制率与生存率。结果研究组与对照组患者3年内局部控制率与生存率无显著性差异（P〉0．05），研究组患者不良反应程度显著重于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论在局部晚期直肠癌患者术后进行同步放化疗与序贯放化疗后局部控制率与3年内生存率均无显著性差异，但同步放化疗加重患者不良反应，临床应根据患者实际情况选择适当治疗方法。

Effects of different chemoradiotherapy methods on local control rate and survival rate of patients with rectal carcinoma after operation

Objective To study the effects of concurrent chemoradiotherapy and sequence chemoradiotherapy on local control rate and survival rate of patients with rectal carcinoma after operation, in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment. Methods The clinical chemoradiotherapy of 46 cases with locally advanced rectal carcinoma received diagnosis and treatment in our hospital from March 2008 to March 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different chemoradiotherapy methods, the patients were divided into two groups. The patients in the study group were given concurrent chemoradiotherapy, while the patients in the control group were given sequence chemoradiotherapy. The local control rate and survival rate of patients in two groups after chemoradiotherapy were compared. Resuits There were no significant differences in local control rate and survival rate within 3 years between two groups （P 〉 0.05）. The degree of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly more serious than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion There were no significant differences in local control rate and survival rate within 3 years between patients with locally advanced rectal carcinoma after operation underwent concurrent chemoradiotherapy and sequence chemoradiotherapy, but concurrent chemoradiotherapy increased adverse reactions, so appropriate treatment methods should be selected in clinically based on the actual situation of patients.
