运用“虚毒致癌”理论指导肺癌患者饮食治疗

中医食疗是中医药治疗肿瘤的重要组成部分，本文从机理和具体操作上探讨运用笔者提出的“虚毒致癌”理论，并用于指导肺患者饮食治疗。从肿瘤的发病机理上看，阴阳失调是总因，具体可分为“因虚致毒成，毒聚使癌生”。针对肿瘤（肺癌）的病机，在其食疗应用上主张从补虚扶正气和解毒攻癌毒两方面着手操作，同时主张遵循辨证施膳等原则以提高肺癌的食疗疗效。

The application of the theory of deficiency and toxin stasis leading to can- cer in food therapy for lung cancer patients

Food therapy is an important part of TCM in treating cancer. This paper discusses, in pathogenesls and specific operation, the application of the theory of deficiency and toxin stasis leading to cancer in food therapy for lung cancer patients which the writer put forward. For the pathogenesis of cancer, the imbalance of Yin and Yang is the chief cause. Deficiency leads to toxin stasis, which piles and eventually leads to cancer. So against this pathogenesis of cancer, the writer holds that food therapy for cancer patients should focus on the following two aspects： reinforcing deficiency and strengthening body resistance; detoxification of cancer toxin. The writer also holds that the principle of syndrome differentiation should be honored to improve the effectiveness of food therapy for lung cancer patients.
