人工泪液用于白内障术后干眼症治疗的疗效分析

目的探讨人工泪液治疗白内障超声乳化手术后干眼症的临床疗效。方法分析我院自2011年4月～2013年1月收治的132例白内障术后干眼症患者，分为对照组64例给予常规治疗，包括妥布霉素滴眼液、复方托吡卡胺滴眼液和地塞米松滴眼液，治疗组68例在常规治疗的基础上加用人工泪液。比较两组患者泪液分泌检查（SIT）、荧光素染色检查（FL）、泪膜破裂时间检查（BUT）水平。结果（1）治疗后两组SIT、FL、BUT水平均显著高于治疗前，两组比较P〈0．05，治疗后治疗组SIT、FL、BUT水平均显著高于对照组，两组比较P〈0．05。（2）治疗组勺对照组临床总有效率分别为92．6％（63／68）、89．7％（51／64），两组比较差异有统计学意义（X2=4．70，P〈0．05）。结论人工泪液治疗白内障超声乳化手术后干眼症，可以显著改善患者的症状，效果确切，值得临床推广应用。

Effect of artificial tear mytear in treatment of xeroma

Objective To explore the clinic efficacy of artificial tear mytear after phacoemulsification cataract surgery. Methods A total of 132 cases of phacoemulsification cataract surgery were analyzed in our hospital from 2011 April to 2013 January. The patients were derided into control group （64 eases） which treated by conventional therapy includ- ing tobramyein eye drops, compound tropicamide eye drops and dexamethasone eye drops, while treatment group（68 cases） which treated on the basis of conventional therapy plus artificial tears. SIT,FL and BUT were compared. Re- suits （1） In two groups after the treatment, SIT, FL, BUT levels were significantly higher than that before treatment, the two gr~,ups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） . After treatment, SIT, FL, BUT levels were significantly higher than those in the control group, there was statistically significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. （2） The total clini- cal effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 92.6% （63/68）, 89.7% （51/64）, there was statisti- cally signiIie, ant difference （X2=4.70, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Artificial tear mytear in treatment of xeroma after cataract ultra- sonic emulsification operation, can improve the symptoms, the exact effect, and worthy of clinical application.
