| 摘 要： | 目的 观察护理干预对冠心病术后患者抑郁评分与血清中P物质（substance P,SP）的影响，关注其表达的临床价值。方法 选取260例冠心病术后患者，依入院顺序进行排序，并应用随机数字表的随机原则分为干预组（130例）和对照组（130例）。对照组患者实施专科护理常规，干预组在此基础上实施特定的护理干预，应用抑郁自评量表（SDS）评价两组的抑郁程度，应用ELISA检测两组干预前、干预后血清中SP的表达。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the depression scores and substance P（SP） expression in coronaly heart disease patients after operation by nursing intervention, analyze their clinical value. Methods A total of 260 post-operative cases with coronary heart disease were divided into observation group and control group with （130 cases） in each. The control group were applied by routine nursing methods, the observation group were applied by special nursing interven- tion. The depression scores were analyzed by SI）S Questionnaire. The SP expression was observed by ELISA. Results The s~ore change and satisfied rate were better in the observation group than in the control group. The expression of SP was lower in tile observation group than in the control group after intervention. Conclusion The specific nursing intervention can improve the depression emotion, decrease the expression of SP, is worthy to be applied in the elinieal work. |
