输血前不规则抗体筛查与直接抗人球蛋E试验的意义

目的探讨对输血患者在输血前实施直接抗人球蛋白试验以及不规则抗体筛选的检查结果，并总结检查临床意义。方法输血前患者2000例，实施不规则抗体筛选以及直接抗人球蛋白试验（DAT）两种辅助检查，分析结果以及研究性别、既往妊娠史和输血史对结果的影响。结果不规则抗体筛查检查阳性率为0．20％，直接抗人球蛋白试验结果阳性率为1．05％；既往输血史或者妊娠史是影响不规则抗体筛查以及直接抗人球蛋白试验结果的相关因素。结论不规则抗体筛查以及直接抗人球蛋白试验可以针对检查结果实施输血，避免溶血反应，临床上对患者安全以及治疗有很大帮助。

Significance of irregular antibody screening before blood transfusion and direct antiglobulin test

Objective To investigate the blood transfusion for patients before transfusion direct antiglobulin test and irregular antibody screening test results, and summarized the clinical significance. Methods There were 2000 cases of patients before transfusion with implementation of two kinds of auxiliary examination of irregular antibody screening and direct antiglobulin test （DAT）, analyzed the results and researched on gender, previous pregnancy history and the his- tory of blood transfusion on the results. Results The positive rate of irregular antibody screening examination was 0.20%, the results of direct antiglobulin positive rate was 1.05%; the previous history of blood transfusion or pregnancy history was related influence factors of irregular antibody screening and direct antiglobulin test results. Conclusion Ir- regular antibody screening and direct antiglobulin test can be implemented according to the examination results of blood transfusion, avoid hemolytic reaction, clinical on have very great help to patient safety and treatment.
