益心舒联用乐卡地平和美托洛尔治疗舒张期高血压伴心肌缺血的疗效观察

目的评估益心舒胶囊联用乐卡地平和美托洛尔治疗舒张期高血压伴心肌缺血的疗效．方法将66例患者随机分为两组：治疗组33例口服益心舒胶囊3粒，1日3次，乐卡地平10mg和美托洛尔12．5mg，1日1次；对照组33例口服乐卡地平10mg和美托洛尔12．5mg，1日1次。两组均治疗8周为1个疗程，对两组治疗前后的心电图、临床症状、血压、心葺乏等指标进行比较。结果两组均能有效降低舒张期高血胝、减慢心率、改善心肌缺血，但在缓解临床症状、改善心肌缺血方面，治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）．结论治疗组治疗舒张期高血胝伴心肌缺血可明硅缓解临床症状、改善心肌缺血。

To observe the efficacy of Yixinshu capsule combined with lercanidipine and metoprolol in the treatment of diastolic hypertension complicated with myocardial ischemia

Objective Efficacy of Yixinshu capsule combined with lercanidipine and metoprolol in treatment of hyper- tension complicated with myocardial ischemia were evaluated. Methods A total of 66 patients were randomly divided into two groups：The treatment group （33 cases） was treated with oral Yixinshu capsule 3 pills, three times a day, lercani- dipine 10 mg and metoprolol 12.5rag, once a day. The control group （33 cases） was treated with oral administration of lercanidipine lOmg and metoprolol 12.5mg, once a day. Two groups were treated for 8 week for a course of treatment. In the two group, the electrocardiogram and the clinical symptoms and blood pressure and heart rate before and after treatment were compared. Results The two group effectively reduced diastolic hypertension and heart rate and myocar- dial ischemia hut in relieving clinical symptoms and in improving myocardial ischemia, the treatment group was sig- nificantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The treatment group in the treatment of diastolic hy- pertension and myocardial ischemia could significantly relieve the clinical symptoms and improve myocardial ischemia.
