脑卒中患者应用舒适护理的效果观察

目的观察脑卒中患者应用舒适护理的效果。方法选择2012年6-12月入住本院神经内科的脑卒中患者62例，随机分为观察组（32例）和对照组（30例）。观察组在给予脑卒中患者常规护理的基础上加强舒适护理，对照组采用常规护理。结果满意度优良率观察组96．9％，对照组86．7％，差异有统计学意义；平均住院天数观察组为（12±2．2）d，对照组为（15±3．1）d，差异有统计学意义；并发症总发生率观察组31．3％，对照组53．3％，差异有统计学意义。结论舒适护理能够显著提高脑卒中患者及其家属的护理满意度，缩短住院时间、减少并发症的发生。

Application effect of comfortable nursing in patients with cerebral apoplexy

Objective To observe the effect on applieation of comfort care of stroke patients. Methods Chose 62 patients be hospitalized of neurology from June 2012 to December 2012,divided into observation group （32 cases） and control group （30 cases）randomly. Stroke patients in the observation group was given on the basis of routine nursing care to enhance comfort, control group with conventional treatments. Results The satisfaction rate were 96.9% in the observation group, 86.7% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant; average hospital stay was （12±2.2） observation group, in the control group was（15±3.1 ）days,the difference was significant; overall incidence of complications was 31.3% in the observation group, the control group was 53.3%, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Comfort care can significantly improve the care of stroke patients and their families satisfaction, shorter hospital stays, reduce complications.
