三叶青冻干粉抗炎作用的实验研究

目的探讨三叶青冻干粉的抗炎作用。方法设三叶青冻干粉三个剂量组，另设阳性对照和溶剂对照组，采用经口给药方式，给药后观察三叶青冻干粉对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀的抑制作用、对小鼠毛细血管通透性的影响以及对角又菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀的抑制作用。结果三叶青冻干粉在7．16g／kg和3．58g／kg剂量下能有效抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀作用；7．16g／kg对醋酸引起的小鼠腹腔毛细血管的通透性有抑制作用；在5．0g／kg和2．5g／kg剂量下能显著抑制由角叉菜胶所致的大鼠足跖肿胀。结论三叶青冻干粉有显著的抗炎活性。

The anti-inflammatory effect of radix tetrastigmae lyophilized powder

Objective To observe the anti-inflammatory effect of radix tetrastigmae lyophilized powder. Methods The experimental animals were randomly divided into five groups, including three treatment groups, positive control and solvent control, anti-inflammatory effect was assessed by several tests including HAc induced peritoneal capillary per- meability in mice, xylene-induced ear edema in mice and carrageenin induced paw edema in rats. Results The radix tetrostigmae lyophilized powder significantly inhibited the phlogistic infiltration in mice at 7.16 g/kg and 3.58 g/kg, and also decreased the ear edema in mice at 7.16 g/kg （P〈0.05） compared with solvent control. It can be found the same effect on the paw edema in rats at 5.0 g/kg and 2.5 g/kg （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The lyophilized powder of radix tetrastigmae has significant anti-inflammatory activity.
