不同方法治疗老年颈动脉粥样硬化的疗效观察

目的探讨不同方法治疗老年颈动脉粥样硬化及心和脑血管事件的疗效。方法156例颈动脉粥样硬化的患者随机分为3组，A组54例采用辛伐他汀片联合阿司匹林肠溶片和尼莫地平片治疗，B组52例采用辛伐他汀片和阿司匹林肠溶片治疗，C组50例采用尼莫地平片和阿司匹林肠溶片治疗，6个月为1疗程，治疗4个疗程，治疗前和治疗12个月后检测颈动脉内膜一中层厚度（IMT）和斑块面积及血脂的变化，治疗3年内观察心和脑血管事件的情况。结果治疗后，A组血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、三酰甘油比治疗前下降，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比治疗前升高。优于C组（P〈0．05）；A组颈动脉IMT变薄及斑块面积减少优于B组和C组（P〈0．05）。治疗3年内，A组心脑血管事件的发生率低于B组和C组（P〈0．05）。结论辛伐他汀片联合阿司匹林肠溶片和尼莫地平片对老年颈动脉粥样硬化有较好的治疗作用，并能降低心和脑血管事件的发生。

The curative effect of dissimilar methods of curing the elderly carotid artery atherosclerosis

Objective To explore the curative effect of different methods treat elderly Carotid artery atherosclerosis and Cardio-/Cerebrovascular. Methods A total of 156 patients were divide into 3 groups ：A group of 54 examples,used Simvastatin tablets in combination with Aspirin enteric-coated tablets and Nimodipine tablets for treatment.B group of 52 examples,used Simvastatin tablets and Aspirin enteric-coated tablets for treatment. C group of 50 examples, used Nimodipine tablets and Aspirin enteric-coated tablets for treatment. Results After treatment,in A group, total choles- terol （TC）, LDL-C ,Triglyceride （TG） decreased than before treatment, HDL-cholesterol （HDL-Ch） than the ex-treat- ment elevated, was better than C group （P 〈 0.05）.In A group, carotid artery IMT becomed thin and plaque area were less than that in B group and C group（P 〈 0.05）.Treatment for 3 years,A group of cardiovascular event rates was low- er than that in B group and C group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It has better therpeutic effects,which Simvastatin tablet combined with Aspirin and Nimodipine tablets on elderly patients with carotid atherosclerosis, and can reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events.
