摘    要:有资料报道刺激海马可使动物痛阈升高并加强针刺镇痛效应,外侧缰核为前脑边缘系统至脑干的联系驿站,在针刺镇痛中起重要作用。本工作在大鼠外侧缰核中记录了65个痛兴奋神经元,15个痛抑制神经元和42个痛无关神经元的自发放电和痛诱发放电。观察到电刺激海马对71%的痛兴奋神经元和全部痛抑制神经元产生抑制作用。只对45%的痛无关神经元产生抑制作用。无一例缰核神经元放电被刺激海马所兴奋。设想海马的活动可改变缰核—中缝大核系统的兴奋性从而调制着痛觉冲动的传递。

Abstract:It was reported that stimulation of hippocampus raised the pain threshold and enhanced the effect of acupuncture analgesia in animals In. the present work we investigated the effect of hippocampus stimulation on the spontaneous discharges of the pain-sensitive neurons of lateral habenular nucleus.The discharges of 65 pain-excited, 15 pain-inhibited and 42 pain-nonsensitive neurons in lateral habenular nucleus were recorded. The spontaneous discharge frequencies of 71% of pain-excited, all of pain-inhibited and only 45% of pain-nonsensitive neurons decreased when the hippocampus was stimulated. The discharge frequencies of 29% of pain-excited and 55% of pain-nonsensitive neurons were not affected by hippocampus stimulation. No neuron has been excited by hippocampus stimulation. On the basis of the results of the present and the previous studies a hypothetical efferent pathway for the pain sensation is suggested. The hippocampus can change the activity of lateral habenular nucleus-nucleus raphe magnus system, by which the transmission of pain impulses can be controlled.
