本科生基础医学阶段创新型人才培养模式的研究和实践

摘    要:通过龙头工程——“创新人才培养项目的实施”、基础工程一理论课程体系的改革和实验课程体系的改革、人文工程一学术氛围的营造和配套政策的落实,2001年开始实施“创新人才培养项目”,共投入经费380万元,开展课题94项,开放全部(60个)科研实验室,接收低年级本科生510余人,近5年在国内外期刊发表的文章及综述209篇,其中研究论文144篇,SCI收录64篇,充分发挥了学院教师队伍、科研实力和一流生源的优势,实现了科研优势向教学优势的转化,达到了优秀本科生早进科研、早受训练、早出成果、早出人才的目标。

Research and experience on innovative talents training model for preclinical medical undergraduates

Abstract:Through the foundation works - reformation of the theory course system and the experimental curriculum system, human engineering-the academic atmosphere and supporting implementation of the policy, the head works "innovative talents training project" has been implemented since 2001. Ninety four research tasks have been carried out with total of 3.8 million Yuan in funding. Total 510 undergraduate students have received strict research training in 60 R ~- D laboratories. In 5 years, 209 research articles and overviews have been published in scientific journals at home and abroad, including 144 research papers with SCI Index. Advantages of the college teachers in research and first-class students have been given full play. The transformation from the research advantage to teaching has been realized. It has been reached that excellent students participating research early, making achievements early and maturating early.
