| 摘 要： | 护士压力与工作满意度对护理工作有一定的影响 ,护士压力增高和工作满意度下降会使护理工作效率降低、护理工作质量下降。因此 ,降低护士工作压力 ,提高护理工作满意度 ,积极开展护士心理咨询 ,鼓励护士积极参加心理学学习和心理辅导是当前值得重视的问题

| Abstract: | Nursing services could be influenced by job pressure and job satisfactory. The higher the job pressure or the lower the job satisfactory is, the lower the working efficiency and the quality of nursing care are. Therefore, decreasing the nurses' job pressure, improving the nurses' job satisfactory, carrying out psychological consults for nurses and encouraging nurses to study psychology and take part in psychological tutorship are all problems with great importance. |
