无菌观念在中医药院校临床带教中的实践

无菌技术是在医疗护理操作过程中,保持无菌物品、无菌区域不被污染、防止病原微生物入侵人体的一系列操作技术。本文通过总结中医院校学生在临床实习中存在的问题:实习生无菌观念不强、实习生对无菌操作不熟悉、带教老师操作不规范、实习生动手机会少;提出相应的方法及对策:进入临床前进行无菌操作考核、培养实习生的无菌意识、正反示教、注重言传身教巩固无菌观念、给实习生更多的机会、增加出科考核并开展"双评制度"、制定科室无菌操作培训计划;为完善中医院校外科无菌术教学及临床实习带教改革提供有益的借鉴。

The Practice of Aseptic Concept in the Clinical Practice of Colleges and Universities of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Aseptic technology is a series of operation techniques to keep sterile articles, sterile areas free from contamination and prevent pathogenic microorganisms from invading human body in the process of medical care operation.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the clinical practice of students in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities: the interns ’ aseptic concept is not strong, the interns are not familiar with the aseptic operation, the teachers ’ operation is not standardized, and the interns have few opportunities to do practical work. Put forward the corresponding methods and countermeasures: conduct aseptic operation assessment before clinical practice, cultivate the aseptic consciousness of interns, teach from positive to negative, pay attention to the consolidation of aseptic concept by words and deeds, give more opportunities to interns, increase the evaluation of admission and carry out the "double-evaluation system", develop the training plan of aseptic operation in the department;It can be used for reference to improve the teaching of asepsis in surgery and clinical practice.
