眼针疗法配合膈俞穴治疗顽固性呃逆60例

目的比较膈俞组、眼针组和眼针膈俞组治疗顽固性呃逆的疗效。方法收集顽固性呃逆患者60例,按就诊先后顺序平均分3组,每组20例患者。膈俞组体针针刺膈俞穴;眼针组眼针针刺双侧3、4、5、7区;眼针膈俞组针刺体针膈俞穴和双侧眼针3、4、5、7区。每位患者治疗至少7 d,随访2周,分别统计3组患者的疗效并加以对比。结果眼针膈俞组的总好转率高于眼针组、膈俞组,眼针膈俞组的总好转率分别与眼针组和膈俞组对比,疗效均有提高,并有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论相比单独使用眼针疗法或者单独使用膈俞穴疗法,眼针疗法配合膈俞穴治疗顽固性呃逆的疗效更好。

Eye Acupuncture Combined with Geshu(BL17) in the Treatment of Intractable Hiccup for 60 Cases

Objective To compare the efficacy of Geshu group, eye acupuncture group and eye acupuncture Geshu group in the treatment of intractable hiccup. Methods 60 patients with intractable hiccup were collected and divided into 3 groups, 20 patients in each group. The Geshu group was treated with body acupuncture at Geshu(BL17). The eye acupuncture group was treated with bilateral eye acupuncture at areas3, 4, 5 and 7. The eye acupuncture Geshu group was treated with body acupuncture at Geshu(BL17) and bilateral eye acupuncture at areas3, 4, 5 and 7. Each patient was treated for at least 7 days and followed up for 2 weeks.The curative effects of 3 groups were counted and compared. Results The total improvement rate of eye acupuncture Geshu group was higher than that of Geshu group and eye acupuncture group respectively( P <0.05). Conclusion Eye acupuncture combined with Geshu(BL17) is better than eye acupuncture alone or Geshu(BL17) alone in the treatment of intractable hiccup.
