摘    要:脉诊是中医临床最具特色的诊法之一。脉诊技能的传承历来受到中医师的重视,培养学生的脉诊技能、提高脉诊教学效果十分重要。研究者们开展了多种教学方法相结合的脉诊技能实训教学,但仍存在脉诊训练系统指感特征模拟失真、学生对不同脉象的形成机理认识不足、教学效果的评价方法有待完善等问题。本文提出了下一步研究的方向,为中医脉诊技能实训教学模式的改革奠定了基础。

Thought and Prospect on the Reform of Practice Teaching Mode of Pulse Diagnosis Skill of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract:Pulse diagnosis is one of the most characteristic diagnostic methods in TCM. The inheritance of pulse diagnosis skills has always been attached importance to by TCM doctors. It is very important to train students ’ undefined pulse diagnosis skills and improve the teaching effect of pulse diagnosis. The researchers have carried out the practical teaching of pulse diagnosis skills combined with various teaching methods, but there is still the analog distortion of the finger-feeling characteristics of the pulse diagnosis training system, and the students’ undefined understanding of the formation mechanism of different pulse patterns is insufficient. The evaluation method of teaching effect needs to be perfected and so on. This paper puts forward the direction of the next research, which lays a foundation for the reform of the teaching mode of pulse diagnosis skill training in TCM.
