香砂养胃丸联合益生菌治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床观察

目的探讨香砂养胃丸联合益生菌治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法采用对照研究的方法对收治的80例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者进行临床观察。随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例,其中对照组给予复方嗜酸乳杆菌进行治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合使用香砂养胃丸进行治疗,2组患者均治疗4周。治疗结束后比较2组胃黏膜组织病理评分,并计算2组患者临床总有效率。结果 2组患者经过治疗后,胃黏膜炎症、炎症活动度以及腺体数量等表现均有所改善,且试验组效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组临床总有效率为72.50%,试验组临床总有效率为92.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论香砂养胃丸具有温中和胃、健脾益气化痰的作用,益生菌具有改善黏膜表面的生态失衡等作用,二者联用治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床疗效显著,临床上值得应用。

Clinical Observation on Xiangsha Yangwei Pill Combined with Probiotics in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiangsha Yangwei pill combined with probiotics in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods 80 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis in our hospital were observed by control study. They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with compound lactobacillus acidophilus. The experimental group was treated with Xiangsha Yangwei pill on the basis of the control group.Patients in both groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the pathological scores of gastric mucosa tissues in the two groups were compared, and the total clinical effective rates of the two groups were calculated. Results After treatment, gastric mucosa inflammation, inflammatory activity and number of glands in the two groups were improved, and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, and there had statistically significant differences( P < 0.05). The total clinical effective rate was 72.50% in the control group and 92.57% in the experimental group, and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05).Conclusion Xiangsha Yangwei pill has the effects of warming and neutralizing the stomach, strengthening the spleen and qi, and resolving phlegm, and probiotics have the effects of improving the ecological imbalance on the mucosal surface, etc. The combined treatment of the two has a significant clinical effect on chronic atrophic gastritis, which is worthy of clinical application.
