从中医角度浅谈园艺疗法对恶性肿瘤患者伴抑郁心理状态的影响

目的从中医角度探讨园艺疗法对恶性肿瘤患者伴有抑郁心理状态的作用和影响。方法选择2017年1月-2018年2月收治的恶性肿瘤伴有抑郁的患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各30例。实验组在原有的治疗和护理基础上给予园艺疗法;对照组维持原有的治疗和护理。观察2组效果。结果经过相关治疗干预后,2组患者的SAS量表指标数据均较前明显下降,但实验组下降幅度更明显,(P<0.05)。结论园艺疗法可以改善恶性肿瘤患者伴有抑郁的心理状态,增强治疗疾病的自信心,在整个治疗过程中起到重要的作用,值得推广。

Effect of Horticultural Therapy on Depression in Patients with Malignant Tumor from the Perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective To discuss the effect of horticulture therapy on depressed patients with malignant tumor from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Between January 2017 and February 2017, admitted during the period of 60 patients with malignant tumor associated with depression as the research object were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group. The experimental group received horticulture therapy on the basis of the original treatment and care.The control group maintained the original treatment and care. The effect of two groups was observed. Results After treatment intervention, two groups of patients with SAS scale index data was compared with the previous declined obviously, but the experimental group decreased more obviously(P < 0.05). Conclusion Horticultural therapy can improve the psychological state of malignant tumor patients with depression, strengthen the confidence to treat disease, play an important role in the whole treatment process, and is worth promoting.
