中医肝脾肾与老年高血压病关系探讨

老年高血压病是临床常见的心血管系统疾病,中医按照其临床表现多归属于"眩晕""头痛"范畴;老年高血压患者是虚实夹杂体,西药降压多以血压数值来评价,但兼顾不了患者亦虚亦实临床症状,因而现代许多医家把目光投向了中医领域,尝试用中医的手段解决这一局限性,丰富老年高血压的治疗手段;老年高血压病中医治疗原则:平衡五脏及阴阳。虽然其发病部位在清窍,但主要与肝、脾、肾三脏失调密切相关,因而从肝脾肾三脏讨论老年高血压病有一定的现实意义。
