火针拔罐联合龙胆泻肝汤治疗肝经郁热型带状疱疹临床观察

目的观察火针联合中药治疗肝经郁热型带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法将50例带状疱疹患者随机分为2组,治疗组25例,对照组25例。治疗组采用火针、拔罐联合中药口服治疗;对照组采用泛昔洛韦口服治疗;2组均外用阿昔洛韦乳膏。2组均治疗2~3个疗程。治疗组及对照组均于2~3个治疗疗程后进行疗效评定。结果治疗组、对照组的总有效率分别为92%和60%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论火针、拔罐联合中药治疗肝经郁热型带状疱疹疗效显著,副作用少,适合临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation on Fire Needle Cupping Combined with Longdan Xiegan Decoction in the Treatment of Stagnated Heat of Liver Channel Herpes Zoster

Objective To observe the clinical effect of fire needle cupping combined with Chinese herbs for stagnated heat of liver channel herpes zoster. Methods Fifty patients with stagnated heat of liver channel herpes zoster were randomly divided into the treatment group(25 patients) and the control group(25 patients). The treatment group was treated with fire needle therapy and cupping combined with oral herb decoction, while the control group was treated with famciclovir orally, meanwhile two groups were given topical aciclovir cream. The two groups were treated for 2 to 3 courses of treatment. After 2 to 3 coursestreatment, the therapeutic effect was evaluated for both groups. Results The effective rate of treatment group and control group was 92% and 60%, and there had significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Fire needle therapy and cupping combinedwith Chinese herb is a safe and effective way in treating stagnated heat of liver channel herpes zoster. It ’s suitable for clinical popularization and application.
