腰椎间盘突出症女性患者生活质量及影响因素调查

目的调查腰椎间盘突出症女性患者的生活质量现状，并对其影响因素进行分析。方法采用一般情况问卷、世界卫生组织生活质量测定简表、艾森克人格问卷、自我效能感量表、症状自评量表和JOA评分量表对204例腰椎间盘突出症女性患者进行调查。结果腰椎间盘突出症女性患者生活质量的生理、心理和社会关系领域得分低于常模（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）；腰椎间盘突出症女性患者生活质量影响因素为自我效能、文化程度、人格特征和心理健康状况。结论腰椎间盘突出症女性患者生活质量普遍偏低，应引起多方面重视，加强健康指导，并给予心理与社会支持。

Investigation of the level and influencing factors of quality of life in female patients with lumbar disc herniation

Objective To investigate the quality of life in female patients with lumbar disc herniation （LDH） and to analyze the influencing factors. Methods A total of 204 female patients with LDH were recruited and investigated with a general questionnaire,the World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale （ WHOQOL - BREF） , Eysenck Personality Questionnaire （ EPQ）, General Self - Efficacy Scale （ GSES ） , Symptom Checklist （ SCL - 90 ） and Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores for Assessment of Cervical Myelopathy （JOA）. Results The scores of physical, psychological and social relationship of the pa- tients＇quality of life were lower than the norms（ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Self efficacy, educational level, personality characteristics and mental health status were found to be the influencing factors of quality of life. Conclusion The quality of life of female patients suffering from LDH is generally low. Attentions should be paid from all aspects, enhance education of health knowledge and provide psychological and social supports.
