坦度螺酮与阿普唑仑治疗广泛性焦虑的对照分析

目的比较坦度螺酮与阿普唑仑治疗广泛性焦虑的临床疗效及不良反应。方法采用随机分组的方法 ,对60例广泛性焦虑患者随机分为坦度螺酮组(30例)和阿普唑仑组(30例),两组疗程均为6周。用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、Hamilton焦虑量表(HAMA)和副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果坦度螺酮与阿普唑仑疗效相当,不良反应坦度螺酮组较阿普唑仑组少而轻。结论坦度螺酮治疗广泛性焦虑安全、有效,且不良反应轻微。

Comparative study of tandospirone and alprazolam in treatment of generalized anxiety disorder

Objective To compare the clinical effects and side effects of tandospirone in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.Methods Sixty patients with generalized anxiety disorder were randomly assigned into tandospirone group(n=30)and alprazolam group(n=30)and then received treatments for 6 weeks.The clinical effects and side effects were tested with Hamilton depressive scale(HAMA),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS).Results Tandospirone was similar to alprazolam in clinical effect,but side effects were fewer and milder in mintage pine group than in alprazolam group.Conclusion Tandospirone is an effective and safe drug in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder,with mild side effects.
